8.20.010: SELLING, OFFERING FOR SALE, OR TRADING:

It is unlawful and an offense for any person, firm or corporation within the city limits to sell or offer for sale, trade or barter any firecracker of any size, type, kind or description, or any skyrocket, torpedo, bomb, Roman candle, or other substance or device designed and intended for pyrotechnic or noisemaking purposes. (Prior code §13-99)
