The following offices and positions within the city government are hereby determined to be subordinate or incompatible with each other in the exercise of the duties of such offices. Except as otherwise provided by the charter or ordinance, no person may simultaneously hold any of the following offices or positions. Assumption of duties of the second office shall operate to forfeit tenure and duties of the first office or position.
A. Member of the city council, and
B. Member of the planning commission, and
C. Member of the board of adjustment. (Ord. 1051 §1, 2008)
