8.16.370: DISCONNECTION OF MOTOR VEHICLE POLLUTION CONTROL DEVICES:
No person shall cause, suffer, allow or permit the removal, disconnection or disabling of a motor vehicle pollution control device which is on a motor vehicle. (Ord. 316 §24(b), 1970)
