8.16.340: FUGITIVE DUST CONTROL SYSTEM; HOT MIX ASPHALT PLANT:
No hot mix asphalt plant shall be operated unless it is equipped with a fugitive dust control system for the hot aggregate which prevents the emission of particulate matter from any point other than the chimney. (Ord. 316 §22(c), 1970)
