8.16.270: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; INCINERATORS:
Within twelve (12) months after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, all existing incinerators shall comply with all provisions of this chapter except section 8.16.240 of this chapter. (Ord. 316 §19(f), 1970)
