The city clerk shall prepare and provide to all council members, by or before the last day of each month, a list of all proposed council, board or commission meetings for the following month. No meetings of the council or any board or commission, whether regular, special or emergency, shall be scheduled for the same time on the same date. (Ord. 794 §1, 1996)
