8.16.230: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; INCINERATOR MODIFICATION:
A person making application for a permit shall furnish such information concerning the incinerator as the director may request, including the plans, specifications, manufacturer's descriptive literature and test reports. (Ord. 316 §19(b), 1970)
