8.16.220: INCINERATOR MODIFICATION:
No person shall install or make any alteration or modification to an incinerator which affects the emission of air contaminants without first having obtained a permit from the director and paying the fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 316 §19(a), 1970)
