8.16.060: HAZARDOUS OR DANGEROUS CONDITION CREATED:

When a violation of this chapter creates a hazardous or dangerous condition capable of immediately harming life or property, the director shall summarily abate the nuisance immediately and without notice. (Ord. 316 §6, 1970)
