8.16.030: AMENDMENTS TO REGULATIONS:
The council shall not enact or amend any ordinance, rule or regulation concerning air quality control without first holding a public hearing and giving not less than ten (10) days' notice of the time and place of such hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the city. (Ord. 316 §3, 1970)
