8.08.140: AUTHORITY TO INSPECT AND REMOVE GARBAGE:
The Sanitation Department is authorized to inspect the premises, and collect and remove from the owner or occupant of any premises in the City "garbage" and "rubbish", as defined in this chapter. (Ord. 415 §1, 1976: Prior Code §10-8(a))
