A. It is unlawful and an offense for any person to place, deposit, dispose or discard trash, garbage, refuse, rubbish or rubble into any garbage container used, owned or maintained by a commercial user without such user's permission or consent.
B. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine and costs not to exceed the sum of thirty five dollars ($35.00). (Ord. 566 §1, 1983)
