8.08.120: BURNING OR BURYING GARBAGE:
No garbage, rubble or rubbish shall be burned or buried within the city; provided this shall not preclude the burning of paper materials in an incinerator with a spark arrestor with a weight no lighter than hardware cloth and with spacing of one-fourth inch (1/4"), or as approved by the fire department. (Ord. 415 §1, 1976: prior code §10-7(b))
