8.08.110: METHOD AND SITES FOR DISPOSAL:
All disposal of garbage, rubble and rubbish shall be by approved methods of incineration or by sanitary landfill and cover, said method and sites to be approved by the council and the state department of health. (Ord. 415 §1, 1976: prior code §10-7(a))
