8.08.020: DEPARTMENT OF SANITATION CREATED:
There is created a department of sanitation as the administrative body which shall assist in maintaining good sanitation and health conditions within the city by collecting, transporting and delivering for disposal and disposing of in a safe and sanitary manner all garbage and rubbish. (Ord. 415 §1, 1976: prior code §10-1)
