6.13.060: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
A.   Any person found keeping or harboring exotic wildlife in violation of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00), and costs. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be subject to a separate fine and costs as provided herein.
B.   Any person who permits or allows any land owned or leased by him/her to be used for keeping or harboring any exotic wildlife in violation of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00), and costs. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be subject to a separate fine and costs as provided herein. (Ord. 999 §10, 2004)
