6.08.240: PENALTY:
Any person pleading guilty or found guilty by the municipal court of an offense in violation of this chapter shall be fined as provided in this chapter and where no penalty is specifically provided, the fine shall be an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus court costs. (Ord. 692 §6, 1989)
