6.08.122: INTERFERENCE WITH ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER:
A.   It shall be an offense for any person to interfere with, hinder, delay or obstruct in any manner whatsoever any animal control officer in the performance of his official duties.
B.   Any person found in violation of this section shall, upon conviction in the municipal court, be subject to a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), plus court costs. (Ord. 1000 §2, 2004: Ord. 616 §1, 1985)
