6.08.090: ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE; PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person or persons to permit their dog or canine, or any animal or fowl possessed, kept or harbored by such person, to run at large on the streets, alleys or public places, or over, across or upon the private property not under the control of the owner within the city, whether or not a license fee has been paid. Any person who violates this section shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) plus court costs. (Ord. 746 §1, 1994: Ord. 692 §3, 1989)
