6.08.035: PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO DISPENSE CITY LICENSES:
A city license shall be issued only by the animal control officer or his designee, the Warr Acres licensed veterinarian or a veterinarian of the owner's choice, provided such veterinarian is authorized by the city to dispense the city license. (Ord. 999 §3, 2004)
