6.04.190: REPORTS OF SHOOTING:
The discharge of any device capable of inflicting injury or death to either humans or animals, or capable of causing property damage, by the animal control officer, will be documented in a report and placed on file in the office of the mayor, with a copy of the report provided to the chief of police. (Ord. 699 §2, 1990)
