A. Violations: Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed in violation hereof and shall be subject to the penalty provided herein.
B. Penalty:
1. Every day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation and shall be subject to the full penalty contained herein.
2. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day plus court costs. (Ord. 1069 §1, 2009)
