Alarm businesses and permittees shall notify the police dispatcher prior to any service, test, repair, maintenance, adjustment, alteration or installation of any alarm system which would directly or indirectly result in an emergency services response. Any alarm received after such notification while the system is out of service shall not constitute a false alarm. Alarm businesses and permittees shall notify the police dispatcher when said system is back in service. (Ord. 1069 §1, 2009)
