A. Duty: The person owning an alarm business or an employee of such business shall instruct the alarm system permittee in the proper operation of the system when it is installed. It shall also be the responsibility of the alarm business to see that all employees at the location at which said system is installed are instructed in proper operating procedures to avoid false alarm signals. It shall be the responsibility of the alarm system permittee to cause the system to be maintained in reliable operating condition. (Ord. 1069 §1, 2009)
