5.53.070: COSTS FOR EXCESSIVE FALSE ALARMS:
A.   The permittee and/or other designated person shall be assessed fines/court costs as set forth in this chapter, to reimburse the city for the costs and expenses incurred for responding to excessive false alarms to any one alarm site.
   1.   The notice shall be made by mail. (Ord. 1069 §1, 2009)
