5.44.110: TRANSFER OF LICENSE BY MISREPRESENTATION:
Whenever it appears upon investigation that a license issued under this chapter has been obtained, on a transfer from one vehicle to another owned by the same licensee, by misrepresentation, the chief of police shall revoke such license. (Prior code §19-10)
