5.44.090: IMMORAL OR UNLAWFUL USE OF VEHICLE:
Any person who uses a taxicab or livery car for any unlawful or immoral purpose is guilty of an offense. When such unlawful or immoral use has occurred with the knowledge of the owner and/or operator of such taxicab or livery car, the chief of police, upon proof thereof, shall revoke the license for the vehicle involved. (Prior code §19-8)
