5.44.060: DOORS:
No license shall be issued for any vehicle whose doors do not open into the seats to be employed by the passengers or occupants of the taxicab or livery car.
No vehicle having less than four (4) doors shall be used as a taxicab or livery car on the streets of the city. (Prior code §19-5)
