For the purposes of this chapter, a "mixed alcoholic beverage establishment" means any place or premises which serves or sells beverages composed, in whole or in part, of alcoholic beverages, in a sealed or unsealed container of any legal size, where such beverages contain more than three and two-tenths percent (32/10%) of alcohol, measured by weight, for consumption on the premises where served or sold.
