5.34.120: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not exceeding thirty five dollars ($35.00) for each violation. Each day of such violations shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 519 §13, 1981)
