Any pawnbroker or any other person who may be engaged in any calling or occupation requiring a license or permit under this or any other chapter, who shall be guilty of the violation of any provision of said chapter or who shall permit any employee in the course of employment to be guilty of the violation of any provision hereof shall, upon conviction, in addition to the fine or imprisonment otherwise provided as a penalty therefor, be deprived of the license or permit, by order of the municipal judge.
