5.32.310: RUPTURE IN SURFACE CASING:
In the event a rupture, break or opening occurs in the surface or production casing, the permittee or the operator or drilling contractor shall take immediate action to repair it, and shall report the incident to the oil and gas inspector promptly. (Ord. 528 §1, 1982)
