5.32.300: SWABBING, BAILING OR PURGING:
In swabbing, bailing or purging a well, all deleterious substances removed from the bore hold shall be placed in appropriate tanks and no substances shall be permitted to pollute any surface or subsurface freshwaters. (Ord. 528 §1, 1982)
