5.32.290: ACIDIZING OR FRACTURING PROCESSES:
In the completion of oil and gas, injection, disposal or service well, where acidizing or fracturing processes are used, no oil, gas or other deleterious substances or pollutants shall be permitted to pollute any surface or subsurface freshwaters. (Ord. 528 §1, 1982)
