5.32.265: HOLE TO BE CASED OR PLUGGED:
It is unlawful and an offense for any person to move or cause to be moved the drilling rig from a well until the hole has been cased or properly plugged, unless written permission to do so is obtained from the oil and gas inspector. (Ord. 528 §1, 1982)
