5.32.160: WELL LOCATION:
No permit shall be issued for the drilling of an original well or the reentry of an abandoned well at any location which is nearer than two hundred feet (200') of any permanent residence or commercial building, or which is closer than three hundred feet (300') to a producing freshwater well. (Ord. 528 §1, 1982)
