3.04.030: NOTICE FOR BIDS:
The notice required by section 3.04.020 of this chapter shall state the time and place for filing the bids, and shall contain an accurate description of the supplies, materials or equipment to be purchased, the time and place the bids shall be opened, and shall state that all bids may be rejected.
