A. Trash Dumpster And Receptacle Enclosure And Pads:
1. No dumpster or receptacle shall be placed in a required parking space.
2. Dumpsters and receptacles designed for transfer and unloading by trucks shall not be located where they interfere with traffic circulation or access to parking spaces and shall have a permanent location pad or enclosure and accessway designed and constructed in accordance with the standards set forth in title 12 of this code.
