An application for rezoning to change part of the area of an approved SPUD to a different zoning district classification shall be considered an amendment of the original SPUD requiring property owner application on the entire original tract. Before approving a new rezoning the Planning Commission shall review the commitments and provisions of the original SPUD as approved to determine the impact of the new application on the viability of the original SPUD plan.
