2.24.420: APPEALS:
Appeals from the municipal court shall be had in accordance with the procedure established by state law therefor, and the municipal judge shall take care that upon the filing of a proper appeal all necessary documents shall be timely forwarded to the clerk of the district court of Oklahoma County. (Ord. 526 §5, 1982)
