Upon entering judgment against the defendant, the court may defer sentencing, upon such terms or conditions as the judge may specify, for a period not to exceed six (6) months. Upon such deferral, an administration fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) may be imposed as costs in addition to the court costs. (Ord. 686 §2, 1989: Ord. 526 §5, 1982)
