2.24.390: SUSPENSION OF JUDGMENT:
Whenever any person shall be convicted, or upon a plea of guilty and sentence, the judge may suspend the sentence imposed, or any part thereof, upon such terms as the court shall direct, and subject to the provisions imposed by section 27-123 of title 11, Oklahoma Statutes. (Ord. 526 §5, 1982)
