§ 153.081 HOSPITAL, CHURCH OR OTHER RELIGIOUS OR ELEEMOSYNARY INSTITUTIONS.

Shall be located on a major street on a minimum parcel of one-half acre; or, shall maintain a ten foot wide minimum landscaped strip on all property fines abutting residential districts and on all residential streets.
