In order to carry out the purposes of this chapter, the geographic area within the jurisdiction of this chapter is hereby divided into the following use districts:
(A) R-1 Low Density Single-Family Residential;
(B) R-2 High Density Single-Family Residential;
(C) R-3 Multi-Family District;
(D) I General Industrial District;
(E) B-1 General Commercial District; and
(F) B-2 Highway Commercial District.
