No manufactured home shall be placed on a site that has not been licensed by the Zoning Officer. Upon the completion of the construction of new sites, the Zoning Officer shall be contacted to arrange for an inspection. After approval is granted by the inspector, the fee for the license for the new site(s) shall be submitted before the new site(s) shall be licensed or occupied.
