This subchapter shall be known as “An Ordinance to Establish Village of Wapella Street Names and Addresses” to be adopted under the authority of the statutes of the state permitting corporate authorities of each municipality of the state to regulate street names and assign addresses, namely, 65 ILCS 5/11-80-18 and 65 ILCS 5/11-80-19.
