§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 130.22(B)(3) shall be grounds for removal of the vicious animal from the owner thereof, with said animal being immediately destroyed at the owner’s expense by the County Animal Control Warden. Removal of animals for violation as described above shall be performed by the village police officer under the direct supervision of the County Animal Warden. Any person found guilty of violating the vicious and dangerous animal requirements shall be subject to a fine not less than $100, nor more than $750, for each violation. Each day that a violation shall occur shall be deemed a separate offense and violation.
