§ 110.05 INSPECTIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the Village Board and the Fire Marshal to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical performance or other public show or amusement is inspected by a member of the Police and of the Fire Department, and to ensure conformity with the provisions concerning such amusements.
