§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any property owner, lessee, tenant, or other person otherwise in control of property to allow a public nuisance as set forth in this chapter to exist on any property owned, leased, used, occupied, or in which such person otherwise has an interest to remain on such property.
   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting, or refusing to comply with or resisting or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter, except when otherwise specifically provided, upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be regarded as committed each day upon which said person shall continue such violation or permit any such violation to exist.
