§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any time such a citation is issued to a person who has not previously been cited for being in violation of this chapter, a fine of $25 will be imposed, if the person so cited, pays his or her fine directly to the Village Clerk, without contesting the citation in court.
   (B)   Any time a citation is issued to a person who has admitted or been found guilty of this chapter on one, and only one, prior occasion, the fine will be $100, if the person so cited, pays the fine directly to the Village Clerk without contesting the citation in court. In all cases, the potential fine for violation of this chapter will be in the range from $25 to $500 per violation.
   (C)   At any time that an action is brought in court concerning any citation which has been issued concerning an alleged violation of this chapter, wherein the person cited either admits guilt, or is later found to be in violation of this chapter by the court, there shall be assessed as additional costs of that court action, the village’s reasonable attorney fees in an amount not to exceed $500, along with any and all other costs properly allowable by the court.
